A terminal device is provided to form a light wave guide on an external case of an electronic device, thereby enabling various colored light emitting types without mounting a dedicated part or circuit. A portion of or an overall external case is made of a transparent resin. A light wave guide is formed on the transparent resin of the external case. An LED(Light Emitting Diode)(4) irradiates light flowing in the light wave guide. The light wave guide has a higher refractive index of light than a peripheral unit. The light wave guide has an inclined unit on a partial unit, and irradiates light of the LED on the inclined unit. Further, a surrounding member is formed around the LED.
