A manufacturing method of a fence using bamboo is provided to create the natural view of cities by installing a fence using bamboo, to shorten working hours and to reduce installation expenses or labor costs by manufacturing and installing simply, to contribute to the farming economy by increasing the consumption of bamboo, and to reduce re-installation expenses by remaining intact for a long term regardless of seasonal changes. A manufacturing method of a fence using bamboo comprises the steps of: forming many fitting holes to a vertical support manufactured with bamboo; installing the vertical supports perpendicular to the ground at regular intervals; connecting the vertical supports by laying connecting bars manufactured with bamboo in the horizontal direction and inserting to the fitting holes; fixing the connecting bars inserted to the fitting holes by fixing the vertical supports and the connecting bars using fixing brackets; installing a cover to the upper part of the vertical support to prevent the inflow of impurities to the upper part of the vertical support; and forming an open-cut part in the longitudinal direction of the vertical support to prevent bamboo from splitting.
