A method and a device for providing a contents link service are provided to quickly output contents linked with a moving picture depending on user selection during playback of the moving picture, and execute the contents by corresponding to a selected time point when the user selects a link during the playback of the moving picture. A/V(Audio/Video) contents and link information storage units(200,202) store link information for contents linked with the A/V contents. An encoder(204) encodes the A/V contents depending on a predetermined schedule or user selection. A terminal communication unit(206) transmits the A/V contents and the link information corresponding to the A/V contents to a user terminal. The user terminal executes the linked contents according to the link information during playback of the A/V contents. A contents storage unit(208) stores the contents linked to the A/V.
