An electrostatic spray apparatus comprising multiple fiber spinning units inlcuding two-dimensionally arranged multiple nozzles for electrostatic spray of a polymer solution and a first collector disposed via an insulating sheet opposite to the nozzles, the fiber spinning units fitted to a catching part holding a moving catching sheet, wherein within the fiber spinning units, there is generated an air stream toward the catching sheet, orthogonal to the direction of spray from the nozzles to the first collector.
