A method for three-dimensionally analyzing a brain wave is provided to recognize abnormality of a human body accurately through a simple brain wave inspection. A method for three-dimensionally analyzing a brain wave includes the steps of: acquiring digital data of a comparison object required by the present invention using raw data constituting a three-dimensional graph; dividing the data into certain sections through a specific algorithm; calculating an average value of each section on the basis of values of the sections; and determining whether a frequency of a specific section is increased in comparison with a preset value.
