A method for preparing a perfluorinated unsaturated hydrocarbon is provided to reduce side reactions, to prevent metal elements such as Mg, Zn or Cd from being discharged in the form of sludge after reaction, and to enable reutilization of a used nonpolar organic solvent. A method for preparing a perfluorinated unsaturated hydrocarbon comprises a step of reacting a dihaloperfluorinated saturated hydrocarbon represented by the formula of X-(CF2)n-X(wherein X is Br or I, and n is 4-6) with an organometallic compound solution with a concentration of 1-3M and metal powder in a nonpolar organic solvent to provide a perfluorinated unsaturated hydrocarbon represented by the formula of CF2+CF-(CF2)n-4-CF-CF2(wherein n is 4-6), wherein the nonpolar organic solvent is toluene, xylene or benzene, the organometallic compound solution comprises C2H5MgX or CH3MgX (wherein X is Br or I), and the metal powder is selected from Mg, Zn and Cd.
