A display rack structure comprises: a rack, at least two restricting piece s and two reinforced pieces. With the restricting pieces, the display racks ca n be stacked more firmly, and the reinforce pieces are provided with weight-shari ng piece to evenly distribute the weight of the stacked racks, thus prolonging the service life of the racks.
