LIQUID CRYSTAL DISPLAY DEVICE

摘要

An LCD is provided to enable a lower case to include a receiving groove for inserting and mounting a backlight unit, thereby preventing increase of a thickness of the LCD caused by the backlight unit. An LCD(Liquid Crystal Display) panel(200) displays an image. A backlight unit(300) is disposed in the rear of the LCD panel and supplies light to the LCD panel. A lower case(400) contains the LCD panel and the backlight unit. In the lower case, a receiving groove(410) where the backlight unit is inserted is formed. The receiving groove is recessed as much as a thickness of the backlight unit. The lower case includes a guide unit(440) protruded from an edge of the LCD panel.
