A lamp-driving circuit, an inverter board, and a display device having the inverter board are provided to prevent the flicker of light outputted from a lamp, thereby improving the display quality of the display device. A square wave generator(110) receives a direct current voltage(Vdc) from an external device, and outputs a first square wave voltage(Vs1) having a duty ratio corresponding to the direct current voltage. An inverter controller(120) receives the first square wave voltage from the square wave generator, and compares the first square wave voltage with a predetermined reference voltage to output a second square wave voltage(Vs2). The inverter controller receives the second square wave voltage outputted from the inverter controller, and converts the second square wave voltage into a lamp-driving voltage(VL) for driving a lamp(10). An inverter(130) is electrically connected to both ends of the lamp to apply the lamp-driving voltage to the lamp. The lamp generates light in response to the lamp-driving voltage supplied from the inverter. A turn-on period of the lamp is determined by the duty ratio of the second square wave voltage.
