UPRIGHT TYPE CLEANER

An upright type cleaner is provided to affect suction force to suction holes apart from connection parts, using connection paths which communicate with the suction holes, for confirming that the dust suction areas are expanded. An upright type cleaner comprises a body, a suction brush(20), a rotary drum(30), a belt, a belt cover(23), and connection paths(40). The body has a fan motor for generating suction. The suction brush has suction holes(22) for cleaning a floor, using the suction. The belt is connected with the rotary drum and the fan motor. The belt cover guides the belt. The connection paths communicate with the suction holes formed at one side and the other side of the belt cover. The connection paths include at least one of a lower connection path for passing through two sides of the lower part of the belt cover, and an upper connection path for passing the two sides of the belt cover. The lower connection path includes a suction guide part(24), and a path forming part(23a) being in contact with the suction guide part. The suction brush includes a lower case(21). The suction guide part and the path forming part are integrated with the lower case. The suction brush includes an upper case(25).
