A method for inputting accounting data to a double-entry bookkeeping account book by a keyword search mode is provided to enable a user to determine an item of double-entry bookkeeping by presenting standard accounting items corresponding to a keyword as a candidate input entry and making the user select one of the candidate input entry when the user inputs a keyword. Each accounting item and code and corresponding keywords are stored to a code database(S100). Information of a company inputting accounting data is stored to a company database(S200). The accounting item and code are registered to a transaction database by receiving the keyword from a user, searching the accounting item corresponding to the keyword from the code database, and receiving selection of the correct accounting item among candidate accounting items displayed based on a search result(S300). The accounting data is processed and utilized by using the data registered to the transaction database(S400). |
