A method and a system for managing a VOC(Voice Of Customer) integrally are provided to support customer satisfaction for a military administration server by monitoring and analyzing needs/dissatisfaction of customers. A military affair processing information module(200) collects and transmits information for a military affair processing result to a result management system and a person in charge. A military affair service satisfaction measuring module(300) collects/stores measurement of customer satisfaction and requests for a military affair service to a database, transmits a satisfaction index to the result management system and the person in charge, and makes the person in charge determine to adapt the customer request as a system improvement item by transmitting the customer request to the person in charge. A VOC analyzing/circulating module(400) manages adaptation of the customer request, transmits the result reflecting the request to policy improvement to the result management system, and transmits a list of persons joined as a policy customer to a policy customer management system.
