#CMT# #/CMT# The transport system includes pot supports (1), comprising a foot extension (2), a pot support portion (3, 3A) and a plant support portion (5), the plant support portion preferably being used to keep parts of the plant (e.g. its leaves) in an upright position. These support portions both extend to a height above the pot rim. At least one space (6) providing access to a pot held in the support extends over a significant part of the pot height, in order to provide different pot grip locations for a pot pick-up or set-down device. The pot, when gripped, can be moved in an upward direction until it is clear from the support. #CMT# : #/CMT# The system is used to pick up, transport and set down pots.
