A communication connection method between a mobile terminal and short range communication devices and a system for the same are provided to implement various mobile communication services through short range communication devices by configuring an interworking platform between a mobile terminal and a short range communication device. An interworking system between a mobile terminal(100) and short range communication devices consists of a communication device(200) and the mobile terminal. The communication device comprises a communication manager(220), a program installer(230), and a service providing part(240). The communication manager connects a communication session by controlling a short range communication module(210) which communicates with another short range communication module. The program installer installs a communication application which is received through the communication session connected by the communication manager. The service providing part drives the communication application and provides a mobile communication service. The mobile terminal comprises a communication manager(140), a program server(160), and a mobile virtual machine platform(130). The communication manager controls a short range communication module(120), which communicates with the short range communication module of the communication device, and connects a communication session. The program server provides a communication application to the communication device in consideration of the present status of programs installed in the communication device. The mobile virtual machine platform provides mobile communication services to the communication device.
