摘要 A graphite nano element using a semiconducting polymer, a thin film device, and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to minimize thermal loss irrespective of temperature by applying particular pressure. A graphite nano element using a semiconducting polymer includes citric acid, ascorbic acid, sodium bicarbonate, wheat flour, povidone iodine, bismuth oxide, water-soluble acrylic sealant, graphite, and sodium silicate. In the graphite nano element, the citric acid is 0.5-5 weight percent, the ascorbic acid is 0.1-3 weight percent, the sodium bicarbonate is 0.01-1 weight percent, the wheat flour is 0.001-0.1 weight percent, the povidone iodine is 0.1-3 weight percent, the bismuth oxide is 10-15 weight percent, the water-soluble acrylic sealant is 0.1-11 weight percent, the graphite is 60-75 weight percent, and the sodium silicate is 10-15 weight percent.
