An artificial turf is provided to be harmless to the human body by having no toxic substance and a carcinogenic substance by forming a cushion layer with fillers made of harmless synthetic resins, to have cushion effect by supplying elastic force with a space between fillers, to prevent the generation of dust, to be inexpensive, and to be fixed to the bottom stably by having weight materials in fillers tightly. An artificial turf comprises a ground layer(10) formed on the lowermost part to drain smoothly, a turf shaped pile(20) made of synthetic resins and formed on the upper part of the ground layer, a fixed layer(30) fixed between the ground layer and the turf pile, a silica sand layer(40) filled to the upper part of the fixed layer to fill up the space between the turf piles, and a cushion layer(50) filled to the upper part of the silica sand layer to supply elastic force, wherein the cushion layer is formed by manufacturing thread by mixing a weight material having the larger gravity than the synthetic resins to a liquefied material of the selected synthetic resin among EVA(Ethylene Vinyl Acetate), PP(Polypropylene), PE(Polyethylene) and nylon, and cutting off the thread and placing fillers. |
