A device for mixing emulsion of different kinds of fluid is provided to apply fluid such as water for various fields by changing the material property of fluid by a magnetic body and to control the micronization and mixing degree of first and second fluids according to the purpose by changing the gradual clash length of first and second fluids. In a device for mixing emulsion of different kinds of fluid, an auxiliary supply pipe(11) for supplying second fluid is installed at an inlet of a main supply pipe(10) supplying first fluid. Spiral acceleration guiding units(12), magnetic bodies(13), and plural ball pins(15) are formed in plural rows in the main supply pipe. The spiral acceleration guiding units for guiding that fluid is acceleratively supplied are formed at the inlet of the main supply pipe. The magnetic bodies for changing the material property of the fluid are formed on the inner peripheral surface. Plural ball pins are protruded toward the center at regular intervals on the inner peripheral surface and collided with the fluid to micronize and mix the fluids. At least one combined pipe(20) having magnetic bodies and plural ball pins formed in plural rows is selectively assembled and connected to an outlet of the main supply pipe. The magnetic bodies for changing the material property of the fluid are formed on the inner peripheral surface of the combined pipe. Plural ball pins are protruded toward the center at regular intervals on the inner peripheral surface and collided with the fluid to micronize and mix the fluids.
