OUTPUT DRIVER CIRCUIT

摘要

An output driver circuit is provided to reduce switching noise, power noise and current consumption by reducing the area of pre-driver instead. A first pre-driver(10) performs pulldown operation if a signal buffering an input signal is lower than a first voltage level. A second pre-driver(20) performs pullup operation if the signal buffering the input signal is higher than a second voltage level. A main driver(400) is driven by receiving outputs of the first and the second pre-driver. The first pre-driver comprises a first pre driving part(110) pulling up or pulling down the input signal and a first feedback unit(200) performing the pulldown operation if the output of the first pre driving part is lower than the first voltage level.
