An anion-emitting resin composition is provided to realize an effect of emitting a great amount of anions, and excellent strength and processability, and to allow users to feel like taking a therapeutic walk in the forest. An anion-emitting resin composition comprises: 68-84 wt% of a synthetic resin; 2-5.3 wt% of ceramics; 2.1-5.2 wt% of terra alba; 3-6 wt% of monazite; 2-4.6 wt% of Hinoki cypress powder; 0.2-0.5 wt% of a foaming agent; 6-12 wt% of a curing agent; and 0.2-0.5 wt% of processing additives. The anion-emitting resin composition is obtained by the method comprising the steps of: providing a powdery mixture comprising the above ingredients; agitating the powdery mixture and cooling the mixture to room temperature; heating the mixture to 150-260 deg.C to melt the synthetic resin; and molding the mixture into a desired shape, followed by cooling.
