A method for preparing mono-disperse beads using a microfluidic channel structure comprises preparing uniform mono-disperse beads by using microfluidic chips fabricated by a process selected from the group consisting of microflow focusing, mixing channel-containing microflow focusing, and biased shear force driven microflow.
