A method for preparing mono-disperse beads using a microfluidic channel structure is provided to effectively product mono-disperse hydrogel beads with bioaffinity useful in the bioengineering and medical fields, and to obtain a microreactor having microchannels with high reliability. A method for preparing mono-disperse beads using a microfluidic channel structure comprises preparing uniform mono-disperse beads by using microfluidic chips fabricated by a process selected from the group consisting of microflow focusing, mixing channel-containing microflow focusing, and biased shear force driven microflow.
