A wastewater treating apparatus is provided to reduce chemicals consumed in a conventional wastewater treating apparatus, increase advanced treatment efficiency, reduce facility costs, improve treatment efficiency of a treatment plant, and collect and remove large solids easily. A wastewater treating apparatus comprises: a bubbler(10) for generating bubbles; a flocculant feeder for feeding a polymer flocculant; a mixing tank(30) into which wastewater is supplied, and which mixes the wastewater with the bubbles and the polymer flocculant supplied from the bubbler and the flocculant feeder respectively; a flotation tank(40) which is connected to the mixing tank, and into which the mixed wastewater is supplied; a diffuser(50) which is provided within the flotation tank, and which supplies the mixed wastewater into the flotation tank; a mixing chamber which is disposed outside the mixing tank and the flotation tank and connected to the mixing tank and the bubbler to mix the wastewater mixed in the mixing tank with the bubbles supplied from the bubbler again; and an inflow line which connects the mixing chamber to the diffuser, and which flows the remixed wastewater into the diffuser.
