An integrated device for measuring radiation and radioactivity is provided to employ a cover cap coupled to a body to prevent a measurement sensor from being damaged. An integrated device for measuring radiation and radioactivity includes a detector(110), a display unit(120), a speaker unit(130), a manipulating panel(140), and a battery(160). The detector detects a radiation dose. The display unit receives a detection signal from the detector to display the detection signal. The speaker unit receives the detection signal detected from the detector to convert the detection signal into sound source data to be output to an outside. The manipulating panel is manually manipulated. The battery applies power to a PCB(Printed Circuit Board) connected to the manipulation panel.
