A steering sensing device with rotation indicating function is provided to display the rotational direction of a steering wheel in rotation of a handle by installing an illumination/liquid crystal display. A steering sensing device with rotation indicating function comprises at least one slope sensor(30), an oscillation part(40), an illumination/liquid crystal display(20), voice outputs(50), a power input, and a transparent panel(10). The slope sensors detect the rotation of a handle in a vehicle. The oscillation part has a function of radiation and rotation to display the rotation position of a steering wheel on the illumination/liquid crystal in rotation of the handle by receiving an electric signal of the slope sensor. The illumination/liquid crystal display displays the rotational direction of the steering wheel in rotation of the handle according to a control signal of the oscillation part. The voice outputs output the rotational direction of the steering wheel in rotation of the handle according to the control signal of the oscillation part in voice. The power input supplies the power to the oscillation part. The transparent panel prevents damage due to an external impact of the illumination/liquid crystal display.
