An amplification circuit and an input device of a semiconductor IC(Integrated Circuit) having the same are provided to prevent duty ratio distortion by synchronizing time when two signals pass an output path. An amplification circuit includes an amplification unit(10), a control unit(20), and a duty correction unit(30). The amplification unit consists of first and second PMOS transistors(P1,P2) and first and second NMOS transistors(N1,N2), receives first and second signals, and outputs an output signal to a first node(S1). The control unit consists of a third NMOS transistor(N3) and third and fourth PMOS transistors(P3,P4) and controls operation of the amplification unit. The transistors of the control unit are selectively driven by an enable signal(en) to determine the operation of the amplification unit. The duty correction unit is formed between the second NMOS transistor and the first node and synchronizes time when a second input signal(az) and a first input signal(a) pass an output path. |
