A backlight unit includes a light source mounted in a substrate having a predetermined heat emitting pattern, and is for irradiating light to the LCD panel. A circuit board(900) generates a driving signal and power of the LCD panel and the backlight unit, and has a predetermined heat emitting pattern. The light source includes an LED(Light Emitting Diode)(310).
