A steamed container for energy reduction is provided to insert an insulator in a wall of a steamed container and to pass the steam through holes of a frame and holes of plates for heating the foods in the frame, thereby steaming the foods uniformly. An insulator(05) is inserted in a wall of a steamed container(01) to prevent heat of the steamed container from being emitted to the outside and to reduce energy consumption. Plates(03) are laid on a frame(07) and foods are inserted in the steamed container. When a steam(04) is injected, the steam is sprayed in holes(03) of the plates and heated in holes(08) of the frame and the holes of the plates to steam the foods. |
