The method involves preparing and weakening a work stage, and carrying out temporary bracing by wood cross for permitting safety at the time of preparation. Anchors are placed at ends of bearers of construction at the level of the stage. A traction device is placed by chain cable/bars and pulley/pulley block for reducing efforts. The traction device is prevented from the bracing process. The traction device is set in traction to create an internal effort inducing shifting of upper stages of buildings relative to lower stage. The upper stages are fallen to break down the buildings.
