The door-leaf or window-casement (2) tilts on a horizontal axis in relation to a frame (1), and turns on a vertical axis. The hasp (22) is swivel-mounted on the casement's/leaf's and or pivot bearing's bearing part, at right angles to the axis of the pivot bearing fixed to the frame. A support element (27) supports the hasp in relation to the bearing part. and is f ixed to the leaf/casement or frame. The hasp restricts the extent to which the leaf/casement is projected in relation to the frame.
