The method involves cohesive assembling of a black or dark color bitumen sealing membrane (1) with high conductivity and resistant to ultraviolet rays, that is fixed to a thermal insulator (3) sealed with water vapor. The membrane is structured on surface by a grooving of grooves which integrates a network of thermoplastic tubes circuit (8) drown in a heat-conducting mass constituted with sealant or bituminous coating (7). Heat transfer fluid or refrigerant supplying electrical or thermal generators is carried by the tubes. An independent claim is also included for an architectural heat and energy capturing and producing device comprising panels.
