<p>The device has a tangential motor (1) fixed on a rigid frame and equipped with a manifold (2) at its output. A disconnectable support assembly (3) integrates a flask support block (4) for supporting a flask (7) containing liquid to be diffused. A venturi accelerator and an injector (5) are integrated to the support assembly. The injector is fixed to the manifold by a quick coupler (8). An extension tube (10) is interposed between the manifold and the support assembly for diffusing the liquid.</p>
