A resilient cosmetic lot is provided to be used for the bending purpose to fix the hair that is wound on a lot as well as to be used for its unique function of winding hair. A resilient cosmetic lot includes a body. The body is wound in the shape of a cylinder having a first free end(112) and a second free end(114). The first and second free ends are able to be widened elastically in an outer direction by given physical force or to be returned to their original position by elastic force. The body includes a first band portion, a second band portion and a plate spring. The first band portion has a fixing end on the other end and has the first free end on one end. The second band portion is symmetrical to the first band portion. The plate spring is connected to the fixing ends of the first and second band portions. |
