<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a head protective airbag device capable of preventing being twisted when mounted to a vehicle even if a folded-up airbag is stored in a case and can be carried by bending. <P>SOLUTION: This head protective airbag device is mounted to the vehicle by installing an airbag installation part 30 arranged in each case on the body side of the vehicle along the upper edge side of a window by storing the airbag 20 covering the window of the vehicle when deployed and inflated in a plurality of synthetic resin cases 35F and 35B arranged in the longitudinal direction of a folded-up long size shape. The adjacent cases are connected by a bendable connecting piece 40, and the folded-up airbag is put in a state of being stored in the cases, and can also be carried by bending the connecting piece.
