PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compact imaging module or a video camera with a hand shake correcting function in which the matching between units is not necessary.

SOLUTION: This video camera includes a lens barrel unit 2 and an imaging circuit unit 1 including a photographic optical system 3, and the imaging circuit unit 1 is provided with an imaging element unit 110 configured by housing an imaging element 111; an imaging element driving part 116 for driving the imaging element 111; a digital image data output part 112 for processing the output of the imaging element 111, and for converting it into digital image data; a hand shake detection part 114 for outputting a hand shake signal by detecting a hand shake state; a hand shake arithmetic part 115 for calculating hand shake quantity based on the hand shake signal; and a hand shake correction part 113 for changing the segmentation position of digital image data to be output from the digital image data output part 112 based on the hand shake quantity in one package.
