PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bus arbitration device for suppressing the occurrence of useless transaction and improving a data transfer efficiency of a bus. SOLUTION: The device comprises a bus arbitration means for arbitrating a bus use right that is a right to use a bus against bus use requests outputted from a plurality of request sources to sue the bus; a detection means for detecting a retry request that is the bus use request outputted again from the request sources; and a bus use delay means for delaying the outputs of the bus use requests to retry request sources that are the request sources from which retry requests are detected by the detection means and that are the request sources arbitrated by the bus arbitration means.
