PREDICTED EARTHQUAKE INFORMATION REPORTING SYSTEM, EARTHQUAKE PREDICTION SERVER, AND PREDICTED EARTHQUAKE INFORMATION REPORTING METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To quickly report predicted earthquake information at a position where a base station of portable terminals is installed before the reach of a large quake from occurrence of an earthquake. SOLUTION: Predicted earthquake information is reported based on urgent earthquake news flash provided by Meteorological Agency etc. , and an earthquake prediction server 1 transmitting to the base station of the portable terminals is provided. Generated prediction earthquake information is transmitted to the portable terminals 3 through the base station 2. The earthquake prediction server 1 stores position information of the base station 2, and generates urgent earthquake new flash obtained by receiving from Meteorological Agency and prediction earthquake information at the position installing the base station 2 based on the position information of the stored base station 2. The base station 2 performs processing for mounting the prediction earthquake information transmitted from the earthquake prediction server 1 on a control channel.
