PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a substrate case and a game machine capable of preventing fraudulent conducts by a third party by making it difficult to disengage a substrate outside, which is stored in a plastic substrate case. SOLUTION: An electronic component 6 is removably mounted on the substrate 7 for storing a game control program. The substrate case 10 has a plastic case member 8 for storing the substrate 7 by covering the surface of the substrate 7. A first protective member 16 having heat resistance is arranged in the case member 8 so as to cover a part opposite to the electronic component 6. A second protective member 17 made of plastic is arranged in the case member 8 so as to cover a part opposite to the electronic component 6 while the first protective member 16 is interposed between the case member 8.
