PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent illegal unlocking of a lock utilizing a wire assembly location. SOLUTION: A protruded piece 58f is exposed from a protective cover 65 covering a slide plate 58. The protruded piece 58f has its piece at an obtuse angle and so, when the cell plate 125 kept in contact with the upper side 126 of the protruded piece 58f downward, the cell plate 125 is deviated from the upper side 126 of the protruded piece 58f after having moved in the direction T but the slide plate 58 will not move. Likewise, when the cell plate 125 kept in contact with the lower side 127 of the protruded piece 58f is moved upward, the cell plate 125 is deviated from the lower side 127 of the protruded piece 58f after moved in the direction U but the slide plate 58 will not move.
