METHOD FOR PRODUCING MOLTEN CEMENT CLINKER USING FLAMING SLAG

The invention relates to a method for producing a cement clinker using flaming slag. The inventive method consists in pouring a slag in a smelting chamber, in injecting lime into a melt and in melting a clinker mixture to the fluid state thereof by burning a fuel mixture. The melting of the clinker mixture is associated with the agitation thereof by axially rotating the body of the smelting chamber. The discharge of a fluid clinker mixture and the separation of a flaming metal phase are carried out after sampling by tilting the smelting chamber. The thus obtained clinker is granulated, the granules are ground in a rolling mill and metal particles remaining in clinker are extracted by air separation. Lime can be produced by limestone burning in a second smelting chamber heated by waste furnace gases. Said invention makes it possible to control a process by sampling and correcting measures carried out during a clinker preparation, to reduce heat consumption and to extract a metal component from metallurgical slags.
