A structure (A), fixed or mobile, which has a body shaped as a hollow truncated pyramid or as a hollow truncated cone that is supported by a base, presenting a front opening of a larger diameter than its opposite opening and it is has a determined thickness and height in order to resist the inveigling of the wind (V) of the place where the present structure is set, and such diameter gradually decreases form the front opening to its opposite opening where there is a turbine (B) connected to a generator (C) that produces the energy generated by the wind (V) collected by said structure (A) and by the turbine (B) placed on the end of its back opening.
