The cover part is integrated with the insertion part and covers a terminal. The insertion part has an elastic hollow rod shape. The cover part is formed under the insertion part as one body. The terminal protecting cover covers the terminal of a wiring breaker connected to the wire. A width of the cover part is equal to the width of the terminal. At least one of the insertion part and the cover part is made of an elastic material.
