<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wind-powered generator apparatus that sustains power generation even during weak wind forces, and overcomes detrimental effects by the utilization of liquids. <P>SOLUTION: A wind-powered generator apparatus includes a wind capturing portion 1 for capturing wind, a wind directing pipe 2, connected to the wind capturing portion 1, through which the wind captured by the wind capturing portion 1 is delivered, a single pendulum 3 that is located within the wind directing pipe 2, and moves along the wind directing pipe 2 within the wind directing pipe 2 by wind pressure of the wind captured by the wind capturing portion 1, and a weight 32 formed of a coil 4 and a magnet for converting mechanical energy of the single pendulum 3 to electrical energy.
