<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sewage treatment apparatus capable of easily recovering phosphorus by lowering a treatment cost. <P>SOLUTION: The sewage treatment apparatus 20 includes a first sedimentation basin 21 and an aeration tank 23 for purifying the treated water from the first sedimentation basin 21. The aeration tank 23 includes an air diffusion area having a blower 24 arranged in its bottom part and a microorganism water area provided with no air opening and having a fibrous microorganism holding material 22, which can be shaken from the vicinity of the surface of the water to the vicinity of the bottom part of the air diffusion area. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p> |
