PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify an operation and to reduce a misidentification rate.

SOLUTION: An MFP includes: an HDD for storing temporary records including a user's fingerprint image and user identification information; a fingerprint image receiving part for receiving a user's fingerprint image (S33); an extracting part for extracting a temporary record including a fingerprint image coinciding with an accepted fingerprint image from the temporary records stored in the HDD as a target record (S37); a first requesting part for transmitting to an authentication server an authentication request including user identification information and fingerprint image included in the target record (S41) when the target record is extracted; and a permitting part for allowing the user to log in an accepted fingerprint image (S44) in accordance with receiving an authentication result from the authentication server in accordance with transmission of the authentication request (S42).
