<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an analyzer capable of preventing oxygen deactivation by water even when an enzyme or the like as a catalyst for an analyte is held in an analyte reservoir. <P>SOLUTION: An analyzer for extracting and analyzing the analyte from a subject is disclosed which comprises an extraction chamber capable of holding a liquid for holding the analyte extracted from the subject, the analyte reservoir capable of holding the liquid, a channel to communicate with the extraction chamber and the analyte reservoir, and a pump to transfer the liquid held in the extraction chamber to the analyte reservoir through the channel. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
