PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance operability when editing information displayed in a rewritable display medium such as electronic paper.

SOLUTION: An information editing program 6 is operated on a mobile terminal device 10. The information editing program 6 acquires a medium ID and an information ID from a photographed code image, and receives an operation for either the display medium or the information. The information editing program 6 displays a generated command sequence screen 106 and a change screen 114 on a display 22, and receives a change content input via an input device 24. Commands including the medium ID and the information ID are displayed on the screens. The information editing program 6 transmits an edited command to a display writer 12.
