PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system and method for controlling the temperature of a fuel gas. SOLUTION: Exhaust gas from a turbine 340 is fed to a waste heat collecting boiler 344 through a conduit 342. A valve 392 controls the relative rate of flow of the high-pressure supply water to conduits 249 and 251. A mixer 380 is fed with a middle-pressure supply water from the boiler 344 through a conduit 346, with high-pressure supply water from the boiler 344 through a conduit 390, and with cold water through a conduit 382. Output parameter of the mixer 380 is measured by a measuring device 396, which sends control signals to the valves 392 and 384 so as to control the rates of flow of the high-pressure supply water and the cold water. The humidified fuel gas and non-humidified fuel gas are mixed together in a mixer 326, supplied to a heat-exchanger 330 through a conduit 328 and heated there, and then introduced into the turbine 340.
