PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cloth enabling its own contraction to be suppressed even in undergoing laundering despite being imparted with crepe design. SOLUTION: The cloth is formed by weaving warps 4 and wefts 6. In this cloth, the warp 4 uses an additional twistless yarn, while the weft 6 uses combination of an additional twisted yarn 6b and an additional non-twisted yarn 6a, wherein the additional non-twisted yarn 6a uses a spun twisted yarn, while the additional twisted yarn 6b uses a yarn made by subjecting a spun twisted yarn to additional twisting at 100-1,500 twists/m. In forming the cloth, the wefts 6 are interwoven in such a way that additional twisting sets each include at most five additional twisted yarns 6b and additional non-twisted sets each include at most five additional non-twisted yarns 6a are alternately arranged, thereby the final cloth is finely textured.
