PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve planting precision while preventing the vibration of a planting part by making the eccentricity ratio of a seedling tank moving at a nonuniform speed with an eccentric gear changeable and reducing the eccentricity ratio in sparse planting. SOLUTION: A laterally movable seedling tank holding a mat seedling with soil is moved at the nonuniform speed with eccentric gears 34, 35, 36, 37 to slow down at a seedling taking position with a seedling planting tool and increase the speed at non-seedling taking positions other than the above position, and eccentricity ratio of the eccentric gear is made to be changeable according to the number of planting seedlings per unit area.
