PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plant foliage reaper which can sufficiently reap even foliages of green leaf plants and can avoid trampling the plants down or biting the roots of the plants without cutting the foliages. SOLUTION: In the plant foliage reaper having a reaping mechanism for raising up the foliages of plants planted in a traveling direction by the rotation of a raising-up reel 1 and for reaping the foliages with reaping blades 2, the raising-up reel 1 has tines 11 capable of being rotated around a horizontal rotation axis in the width direction crossing the traveling direction, and a plurality of lifting pawl portions 12 hung from the outer periphery of the tine 11 via lifting pawl-holding plates and arranged at a prescribed phase angle interval.
