The device has a retainer (10) connected with a bicycle and designed with two walls (11). An insertion element is connected with a selected accessory e.g. carrier, so that the selected accessory is detachably connected with the bicycle, when the insertion element is arranged detachably between the walls. A fastening unit (20) i.e. quick-release fastener, clamps the walls and the insertion element. The fastening unit has a pin in contact with a screw-nut (24). The fastening unit has a rotary button formed at the pin for facilitating the rotation of the pin.
